 Online Coaching Programme.

  • You will receive a workout and nutrition plan for the month which will be planned according to your goals, limitations and individual preferences.
  • This workout plan will be given to you on a weekly basis depending on the progress made the week prior.
  • I will be checking in on you once a week on a scheduled day to discuss and answer any questions you might have.
  • Apart from that, I will be available on whatsapp daily for your small questions and queries.
  • In case you do not know or do not understand any particular exercise, videos will be provided for a better understanding of that particular exercise.

1 on 1 Nutrition + Training Programme

  • Nutrition Plan designed exclusively for you and your goals.
  • Weekly check-ins from me to see how well you're following the plan.
  • Any changes made to the nutrition plan as required. 
  • Live online video sessions (on zoom) for workouts 3 times a week.
  • Scheduling of your training plan designed according to your requirements and/or goals.
  • Correction and progression of your exercise form throughout your programme.
  • The Schedule will consist of exercises to be done for every training day of the week. (Up to 4 weeks) 
  • Changes made to your programme, exercises and intensity level depending on your performance.
  • Availability on Whatsapp and email for any questions you might have.
